There is nothing more sacred than the time you have here on Earth and yet it is the thing we often squander most. My whole life, I have been told that bad days are a normal part of life, we can wake up on the wrong side of the bed etc. I call bullshit. Look, I get it. Life happens, there are ups and downs. But for many, those "normal" down moments, turn into bad days, weeks, months, years and decades.
Some people like to dwell on those bad days and moments until it becomes a part of their identity. You know the ones; those cynical, cold, victim girlies that suck the fun out of life and barely remember to smile or not whine. Babe, it's not a bad day, it's a bad mindset - and a dangerous habit. Learning how to quickly u-turn and return to a place of neutrality and remain open to possibilities is imperative to our overall contentment and health and for those around us.
Dwelling on the bad is not only a waste of time and energy but a surefire way to continue to attract more bad days into your life. So, if you are interested in cutting down the hold bad days have over your life, below is my energy menu to raise your vibrations no matter how long you have!
